Mariano Rajoy speaks about a possible big agreement that could be made in Spain between PP-PSOE-Ciudadanos to form a government. Statements were made just after the parliamentary act where Patxi Lopez was elected as the President of the Congress.
The speech prevailing emotion is hate, and secondarily betrayal and sadness. It is not consistent with the message of peace and stability that is intended to convey.
An agreement with PSOE and Ciudadanos as well
“This kind of agreement would be well looked upon and would generate security and certainty out of Spain in the markets, rating agencies, foreign investors and also within the country by economic and social agents. It responds to the spanish people general interests, and I insist, I think it would have a huge social understanding and support within and outside our country”.“With PSOE and Ciudadanos”: HATE, perhaps because of differences between them, and because they feel forced to take their votes to form a government.

“In Spain it would be well looked upon as well ” HATE, is not credible.
“It responds to the spanish people general interests” BETRAYAL and HATE. His feelings are not consistent with his message of calm and stability. Maybe he thinks that spanish people (or just his voters) could feel also that betrayal sense if agreement results are not as good as he tries to make believe.
